We offer our rapid packaging development expertise to any custom thermoforming
application you may have. We have several stock plastic packaging trays for
frozen or breaded food or seafood, made from clear oriented polystyrene.
Our rapid packaging development process will provide low cost tooling for market
introduction in a variety of plastic packaging materials to meet your food
packaging requirements. We offer low cost tooling for runs of 50m trays or
less. Key Packaging can supply RPET, OPS, PP, PLA, laminated structures for
barrier and HIPS. Custom colors are available on most materials. Minimum order
quantities may apply. Complete material traceability is standard procedure.
Food grade sustainable packaging material such as PLA is available on request.
