Advantages of Thermoforming
Custom thermoforming offers economical piece part and tooling costs when
compared to other plastic packaging processes. Lead times for thermoforming are
much shorter than for injection molding, and the tooling offers some flexibility
in part redesign. All materials used are recyclable, promoting sustainable
packaging. Because the parts can be designed to nest into each other, warehouse
material handling and shipping costs can be minimized. Clear or custom color is
available in most substrates.
Awards
Key Packaging has won numerous awards for creative cost efficient
designs, including a "World Packaging Award" from IOPP for medical
packaging. We treat each project as an award winning opportunity to satisfy
your needs, proving consistently that a good design can sell more of your product.
